Using Peter's Broker's Open house tour helped me connect with past clients who own a home in the neighborhood of one of the listings. I sent them a text message letting them know I knew about their neighbor's house coming on the market. It lead to an exchange and my client asked if I would be in the area that she would love to have me stop by. I don't think they are looking at selling but facetime with a client is ALWAYS a win in my book. And I did stop by the Broker Open house (a fellow RLAH agent). So I will definitely be paying attention to Peter's tour information every week.
