About Pete

I started working with my Aunt Kathy in her title office as a student in 2007. It's either in my genes or it made an impact on my young mind, or both.  I'm still here. I have worked in every part of the closing assembly line, from pre to post closing, to business development. If you are looking for a reliable settlement partner, truly look no further. 

 

I always joke, I know how the sausage is made which means I can sell it. I strive to make sure you and your client's have the best settlement experience out there. Sometimes, I can be too accessible, but I think that is a good thing. You will never fight with my companies phone tree for an answer to a question. I encourage my client's and agents to text or call me directly on my cell so I address any question at the outset.

When we don't have a closing together is when the real work begins. I work with agents on lead generation using information in the Land Records to help you spend marketing dollars more efficiently. I like to work with some of my agents more when we do not have. a closing in the pipeline, we are out there working to generate the next closing together. Want to bounce a marketing idea off me, I am always happy to listen and brainstorm. 

 

I have travelled the world. I even lived abroad in the Netherlands where I started two shops, during the pandemic, while renovating a 351-year old canal house that was a Dutch national monument (Rijksmonument).  At dinner parties when someone needs to start the conversation, commenting on that experience always seems to get the questions flowing. Have buyer's or seller's living internationally, I am the one for the job! I know the challenges expats face when purchasing a home in the US. I have been there myself.
